Jeremy guided me through the entire process of buying my first house. He was always easy to get a hold of and quick to set up tours of any house I wanted to see. When looking at houses, I never felt pressured. When I was ready to make an offer, he immediately got the ball rolling and had comps, buyer costs, and the offer paperwork to me within a couple of hours. Due to both COVID and my work schedule, I wasn’t able to be present for my inspection and other due diligence appointments, and I trusted him completely to take care of everything. Jeremy was attentive and willing to answer any and all questions about this town we were planning on relocating to.
